Product Return Policy

At Studio V Salon, we believe in our products and guarantee our retail. If the product is defective or the return is a direct return of a manufacture error, the product may be swapped for the identical product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, it can be returned within a week (7 days) accompanied with the original sales receipt for store credit.

Cancellation Policy

We want to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice.  

Due to the numerous amounts of no-shows and late cancellations that we are unable to fill last minute, our salon requires a credit card securely saved on file to your account. If you are unable to make your appointment and do not show up or do not give us a 24 hours' notice, 50% of your service booked will be charged to the card saved on file. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may be applied. If a personal or medical emergency arises and you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us immediately, and we can decide how best to proceed. We make every effort to confirm your appointment. All of our time is very important, let's work together. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Re-Do Policy

If you are not satisfied with your color or cutting service, you may call within a week (7 days) of the original service. The re-do policy does not cover a change in the original style or color. Full-service price applies if you have waited longer than 7 days to call. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist.

Studio V Salon will not be liable for hair color that has been done outside of our salon. We gladly take corrective color clients after a consultation is performed and a service plan is formulated by the stylist. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Due to the nature of home-coloring products, or other salons products we cannot guarantee color services if you have previously colored your hair outside of our salon.

Child Policy

We love children, but due to safety hazards present in a salon environment such as sharp and/or hot implements, chemicals, and hot wax we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 12 in our salon. Anyone under the age of 18 receiving a service for the first time must have a parent or guardian present at the initial appointment to give written consent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
