Studio V Salon requires 24 hour notice on all cancellations. We make every effort to confirm appointments via email and/or text. Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in 50% of your service booked charged to the card saved on file. We value our relationships with our guests and strive to meet your every expectation.
If you are running late by 15 minutes or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure all of our guests have a pleasant experience.
